Neurologic Music Therapist

Vutera graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in music therapy after completing her internship at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital with MedRhythms. Her personal journey as a bilingual speaker sparked a deep fascination with neuroscience and a specific passion for using music to support speech and language rehabilitation. This foundation has since expanded into a broad interest in how music can facilitate recovery across various neurologic conditions. While maintaining a versatile clinical practice, Vutera is committed to using evidence-based interventions to support meaningful neurologic outcomes. She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Chinese.

Vutera is located in White Plains, New York, and is one of the three clinicians at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital. She currently sees clients for both inpatient and teletherapy sessions.

In her free time, Vutera enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking. She values time spent outdoors and with her family and friends.
