Caitlin Hebb, MT-BC, NMT Fellow

Head of Clinical Therapy

Caitlin Hebb is Head of Clinical Therapy at MedRhythms and Chair of the Advisory Council for the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy. She graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Therapy and received her fellowship from the Academy for Neurologic Music Therapy. Caitlin has been a practicing clinician at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital since 2015 and leads a growing team of Neurologic Music Therapists embedded across Spaulding, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, and JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute.

She manages MedRhythms’ clinical partnerships and guides the development and implementation of new NMT programs nationwide. Passionate about education and mentorship, Caitlin provides clinical and professional supervision, serves as Internship Director and Practicum Coordinator, and maintains academic affiliations that support student training. She has presented at regional and national conferences on the application of Neurologic Music Therapy in neurorehabilitation.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys exploring top-tier coffee shops, building elaborate charcuterie boards, hiking New Hampshire 4,000-footers, and organizing impressively detailed skincare spreadsheets.
